Refunds
We do not offer refunds, unless item is damaged or wrong item is sent. Please contact us at scratchawayshop@gmail.com and submit photos if item is damaged or incorrect. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a flaw or defect with your product, contact us, and we’ll get you squared away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items must be returned to us in their original condition and in original packaging.
